Great hotel. Friendly staff.

het uitgebreide ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, de wellness, de luxe en de ligging - - het mooie zwembad is vrij klein en meer geschikt om af te koelen dan om te zwemmen -

We enjoyed our break. The staff were very friendly, and the manager was also very friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was buffet style, and the best variety we have had for years in a hotel, and we have been to locations in the Caribbean and Europe. The cooked breakfast could have been hotter, but most hotels do not seem to manage this. Alexandros was very friendly and helpful at breakfast time, as were other other staff. He also worked some evenings as well. The evening meals were also very good. With the exception of Beef Bourguignon which was rather watery and lacking taste. There was a good choice on the half board menu. Minas (I think that was her name) was the waitress for most of the evening meals and also made us and everyone feel relaxed, and the meals were served reasonably quickly. The charges for the same drinks varied by 1-2 euros from day to day but hotels always charge too much for drinks in my opinion. The room was very comfortable, with a large balcony with one sun-lounger, a table and chair. This was essential as there is not public area other than the roof to congregate or relax in, We appreciated the kettle that was provided, but they did not provide any milk for the the coffee or tea, The pool is in the restaurant area, and there is a sliding roof to let sun in. Due to COVID they took 2 hour bookings to sit by, and use the pool. We tried the pool but it was not heated, and too cold to swim in. We then tried the pool in the basement, and I asked the lady there if it was chargeable, and she just shrugged her shoulders, and switched on the Jacuzzi and the flumes in the pool. When we left after half an hour she asked us why we were not staying for 2 hours and using the other facilities, then presented us with a piece of paper saying the charge was 10 euro each! We mentioned this to the manage,r and because we arrived late the previous day, we had not been told the basement facilities were chargeable, and agreed to waive the fee. I think that this area was not used much during our stay, a waste of the gym and other facilities. It would be better to charge less for each individual activity? The area and beach around the town, is a nice area to chill out in. No tours available when we were there, no local buses. We knew that before booking, We enjoyed a meal and milkshake at the Twins cafe on sea front., If you buy a drink or food there you can use the sun-loungers and umbrellas on the beach. The town centre is full of shops, mainly souvenir and clothing shops or places to eat and drink. A supermarket is quite close to the hotel as well which is useful. The wi fi was excellent in the rooms, and satellite TV was also provided, but the best English stations were only France 24, and BBC World News, which are only interesting for a few minutes a day, but the holiday is not for watching TV. Summing our break up, it was good value and the hotel was excellent as well. Greece do not have a reliable star rating like the UK, but this hotel and the marvellous decorations and ornaments that the manager has introduced, make it a worthy 4 star!

Breakfast and bedroom were both excellent. The hotel itself is well located within easy walking distance of the beach and many good restaurants. The ease of parking on the road alongside the hotel but in a designated car parking area was an added bonus. - We didn’t use the spa facility but it seemed a bit expensive at 10 euros each for a couple of hours. Also, there is a smallish indoor pool adjacent to the dining area and alongside the hotel glass front but no one swam in it, we think because it was just too visible from all sides.

The atmosphere as we entered the hotel was welcoming and warm, the decor is gorgeous. The hotel is a walking distance from the beach, plenty of Greek restaurants. The rooms had a partial view of the sea and the mountains on the horizon, it’s soo breathtaking! And when it come to the breakfast we especially enjoyed the versatility of the meals. Not to mention the super friendly and professional staff. We had the best vacation thanks to this amazing property. I recommend this place, it’s a 10/10. - nothing everything was impeccable

The staff were amazing especially Maria on reception from arranging taxis and trips for us she helped with everything - Pool was right on top of the dining area never used it as was to cold (April) indoor pool was freezing and jacuzzi was out of order.

Room was clean and comfortable. Air-condition was very silent and located at right place (not like in other hotels right above your bed). Breakfast was very good. Staff polite. We will for sure return.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr viel Auswahl beim Frühstück, frische Säfte wären aber die bessere Wahl gewesen. Alles sehr sauber. -

My husband and I arrived late at night. Staff were excellent, waited for us and served us hot food. We were extremely grateful. Room was large, clean. No complaints. Both Diana and the lovely lady in the photo were amazing, so, so helpful. They made our holiday :). Tips: sunbeds are free on the beach as long as you buy a drink. PCR test can be done near the square where all the shops are, you will see a green cross lit up sign. One of the receptionist at the hotel said there wasn't anything local for pcr test and we needed to take a taxi, she would order it. Don't listen, just go to the square, walking distance. It took 20 minutes for our antigen result. You can't really swim in the pool, not very large. The spa pool in the basement is tiny, need to pay to use it and jacuzi. You need to pay for treatment. Airport is about an hour away, taxi is about £25 each way. We were told there were no local buses. We didn't see any either. Hiring a car is not cheap. The local area is quiet, not much to do which suited us as we just wanted to relax. Beach is about 1-2 minutes walk, water is clear. Several restaurants nearby. Roof top bar has beautiful views but it can be cold, depending on the time of year, drinks are pricy but views are worth having a drink. They opened at 7pm during this time (end of september), but we were told their opening times vary depending on the season. Weather is hit and miss during this time, we had 3 days hot during the day and rest cloudy and cool. Need a jacket for evenings. Thank you to both the lovely ladies in the photo.
